Child Wellness Center

After living and serving in El Salvador for almost a year, the Lord laid it on our hearts to open a daycare center after seeing people in the community without a safe place for their children to stay while they were at work. The alternative was running around in the market or being contained in makeshift playpens. The Lord began opening doors and the daycare was opened on March 1st, 2017.

We began with one license and we have two! We have 51 children and enrolled with 14 on the growing waiting list. Knowing the Lord has entrusted us with so many children is amazing. Children start the day with breakfast, and they receive lunch and two healthy snacks each day. Each child hears about the love of Jesus through Bible stories, songs, and individual curriculum. Wonderful teachers love and care for these children daily while developing a relationship with the parents. Family and parent-only activities focus on growing relationships. Our prayer is that through this ministry, someone will come to know the Lord as their Savior.
